Bringing up Allie

We had a much needed lazy day today. Loren hurt his back the other day slipping on ice so he was totally cool with laying around. We got up this morning and had sausage and waffles for breakfast and watched movies all morning. I was able to do some shopping online which was nice. I found this adorable hat for Allie that I just had to get.

One of her favorite movies right now is 'Up' and this reminds me of the beginning of the movie. She'll look adorable in it.

Other than that we did a bunch of this...

We cuddled pretty much all.day.long.

I also got my February Popsugar in the mail this afternoon. I, unlike a lot of other people, actually really liked this months box.

Like I said, I really liked the box. A lot of people hated getting the Dial soap, but I don't mind getting drugstore brands. I like trying things out that are cheap in price and can be found in Target or Walmart. I was more excited about the Dial soap than the Jewelry roll. I don't normally wear jewelry so I wont use it for that, but I could try and maybe use it for a makeup bag or something? We'll see. 

Tomorrow we've got to get up early and head to Windhill for breakfast with my family for my dad's birthday and then afterwards we're planning on taking Allie sledding for the first time. I hope she likes it!
